La Chamba Pots : Columbia
Hand crafted in Central Colombia by a sustainable potters’ cooperative. Pottery from this region is home to the oldest ceramics in the Americas. Loved by Rachel Ray and used by the Santa Fe School of Cooking. Unique black clay high in mica for even heat distribution. Shaped by hand, fired and then smoothed by river rocks. A second firing with rice husks darkens the pottery to the lustrous non-glazed, lead-free finish.

La Chamba can be used on the stovetop, oven and microwave. Do allow it to cool before putting in the refrigerator or freezer. Gentle hand washing is recommended to maintain appearance. Perfect from Stove to Table .
